Composting for a future….

At Matanah Meadows we want to show how important compost is for basic food growing systems. In our Demonstration Garden, we have recently started a compost area specifically for our farm guest use so they can see that nothing goes to waste but is actually highly valuable for adding nutrients back into the food chain. We also have a higher volume compost area in the main orchard.
